More than a logo change

A clear operating model.
Before the first booking.

Customers should know who is helping them. Your team should know who owns the work.

The relationship

Your brand, audience and proposition.

Agree onboarding, communications, customer support and how specialist help enters the conversation.

The agent’s authority

Useful autonomy, within agreed limits.

Define company policies, traveller permissions, approvals and which actions require a person.

Supply and servicing

Know who can fulfil the promise.

Agree sources, supplier contracts, booking and ticketing responsibilities, changes, refunds and disruption support.

Money and value

Make the economics visible.

Set funding, payment, settlement and fee disclosures. Explain supplier compensation and how benefits reach the customer.

Data and oversight

The right context, with the right access.

Scope partner and company access, data processing, records, retention, incident handling and integration permissions.

Your brand. The same commitment to transparency.

Partner economics should be understandable. Recommendations should follow customer needs and company rules, with no paid preference in ranking. Any company-directed supplier preference should be explained.

Our commercial principles
Start with one useful journey

Prove the experience.
Then expand it.

  1. 01

    Define

Choose your audience and first use case.

A shared brief: customer need, supported travel and success measures.
  2. 02

    Design

Agree the experience and operating model.

Brand, supply, payment, data, support and commercial responsibilities.
  3. 03

    Pilot

    Test a bounded rollout together.

Named users, limited authority, service handoffs and agreed acceptance checks.
  4. 04

    Expand

Grow when the evidence supports it.

Review customer outcomes, servicing quality and economics before adding scope.
Before we partner

The details matter.

Is the white-label offering available today?

We are opening partner discussions ahead of launch. Branding, channels, integrations and the operating model are scoped with each partner. This is not a self-service white-label product or a promise of immediate production availability.

Can Atlas5 appear under our own brand?

A branded travel destination and an experience within your existing product are the two approaches to explore. We agree naming, visual identity, domain, customer communications and any required Atlas or provider disclosures during discovery.

Can we use our existing inventory and supplier agreements?

Bring your supplier relationships, content sources and servicing arrangements into the discussion. We assess access, technical compatibility, commercial rights and who can book or service each source before committing to an integration.

Who books, services and supports the trip?

That is an explicit part of the partner agreement. It covers booking and ticketing responsibility, cancellations, disruption handling, human escalation, support hours and ownership of the customer conversation. White labelling alone does not transfer those responsibilities.

Do you provide APIs or an SDK?

We can scope an embedded experience and the interfaces it needs. Supported APIs, authentication, events and integration deliverables are confirmed during technical discovery; there is no public, generally available partner SDK being promised here.

How do pricing and revenue sharing work?

Partner pricing is agreed separately from the Startups, Business and Enterprise plans. The commercial discussion covers platform and implementation costs, usage, support, transaction charges and any supplier compensation or revenue sharing. No fixed margin or revenue share is promised.

How do permissions, privacy and compliance work?

The design must establish partner, customer-company and traveller permissions; data-handling responsibilities; retention; and agent authority. We review these alongside payment and servicing flows. SOC 2 and PCI DSS work are in progress, not completed certifications.
