Coinflow Labs Limited / CF Labs, as identified in its public privacy notice
Information and purpose
Payment processing can involve payer identification and contact details, billing information, amount and currency, payment-method information and transaction references or status. The purpose is to process and reconcile payments and support related checks, refunds or disputes.
Information requested directly by Coinflow in a checkout or verification flow is covered by its own notice as applicable. Its public documentation describes payment capture, authorization and fraud checks. This listing does not imply that every Coinflow product or payment method is enabled in Atlas5.
Entity and location information
Coinflow’s privacy notice names Coinflow Labs Limited in the United States and CF Labs in Malta. These are the locations of the entities identified in that notice, not a guarantee of the location where a particular customer’s data is stored or processed.
Customer-specific processing locations, transfer arrangements and contractual safeguards are governed by the applicable data processing agreement. This page does not make a data-residency commitment.
Subprocessors and other recipients
A subprocessor handles customer personal information to support a service provided on the customer’s behalf. A provider may also have separate obligations when processing information for its own fraud prevention, legal or regulatory purposes. Its role depends on the activity and applicable terms.
Airlines and hotels receive information to fulfill a requested booking and generally have their own responsibilities to the traveler. Services your company connects, such as a work identity or chat provider, are also governed by the company’s arrangements with them. They are not added to this list solely because Atlas5 supports an integration.
Changes and customer review
This page records the currently identified payment subprocessor. Any notice, authorization or objection procedure for a new or replacement subprocessor is governed by the customer’s data processing agreement and applicable law. The date above identifies the version of this notice.
Existing customers can raise a subprocessor question or objection through the contact specified in their agreement. Include the provider, the data protection concern and the customer organization so the request can be assessed under the applicable terms.
